Return & Exchange Policy – Nooriix

At Nooriix, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Online Orders – Return & Exchange

Yes, you may return or exchange your online purchase within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

  • The original purchase receipt/invoice must be provided.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange process may take 7–10 working days.

Important:

  • If the product is used, opened, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition, the exchange or return request will be declined.

2. In-Store Purchases (Physical Outlet)

If you purchased an item from one of our physical outlets:

  • Exchanges can only be made at the same outlet where the purchase was made.

  • The original bill is required.

  • The exchange request must be made within 15 days of purchase.

Returns may not be applicable on in-store purchases unless stated otherwise at the outlet.

 

3. Restocking Charges

Nooriix does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns or exchanges.

4. Damaged or Broken Items

We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, since some makeup and cosmetic items are delicate, damage during transit may occasionally occur.

If you receive a damaged or broken product:

  • You must report it within 3 hours of receiving your shipment.

  • Clear proof of damage (photos or videos) must be provided.

  • After verification, the review process may take 4–5 working days.

If approved, compensation will be provided in the form of a discount coupon equivalent to the verified damage amount.

Please note:

  • Claims made after the 3-hour reporting window may not be accepted.

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to mishandling will not be covered.

5. Important Notes

  • Nooriix reserves the right to approve or reject return/exchange requests after product inspection.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Policy terms may be updated without prior notice.
